[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — My Order No: [protected], for the past 15 days in my order status it is showing like "your order is packed and waiting for courier pickup" | |||
Dear Sir, I ordered Wahl[protected] All in one Grooming Kit Black on November 23, 2014. From November 25, 2014 in my order status it is showing like the same "your order is packed and waiting for courier pickup." From 25/11/14 to until today (10/12/14), I called more than 15 times customer care department (they are telling like the product will be delivered within 48 hours, each and every customer care personnel is saying the same. But there was no response from that Seller or Snapdeal. Poor Service. They are not giving seller #. India's largest online store, but there was no free customer care #. For those calls, I lost more than 150 rupees. My order No: [protected]. Just courier pickup is taking 15 days means what a very poor service they are providing to consumers.
