I received item on 28.05.21016 by snapdeal unboxed meizu m2 note (Grey-16gb)and item was not working properly immediately i have informed to help center for replacement/refund & contact to custonmer care for refund. A gentle man (Help center) suggested me please dispatch item for refund, you will get your refund within two days simultaneously i have got sms from snapdeal that we are unable to pickup item because your pin code not serviceable arange to dispatch item through any indian courier, i have dispatch crp no. 73148844, through dtdc courier on 2nd may 2016 . Slip no.[protected]Same receipt has already send to your center ) . I want to contact your help center many time but nobody call me till date for this problem, i have mail to your help center 8 times but no response 03/06/2016 to 16/06/2016, reference given below 25066127, 24676087. And call to [protected] more than 15 times, sir relay i am fade up to see snapdeal response, i am very customer but i am sorry to say that my experience in this record is so poor .
