I have purchased an item from Snapdeal.com for which I have paid by net banking on 3 Aug 2016.

as I have mentioned in subject line I have not received it till today and its status is showing that it is delivered, also I have report it to snapdeal's helpline number but did not get satisfactory solution.

please help me to get my order or refund.
