[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — MY product is not returning | |||||
I have bought a JBL T100A In-Ear Earphones With Mic (Black) 3 weeks before..as i was not satisfied with the product i raised for a replacement.but they told they cant replace or rufund the product before 2 weeks..they told they will be sending the same product back to me within 48 hours...but even after two weeks they hadnt send it to me...when i call customercare everyday they will tell sory and they will send it within 24 hours...but this does not happened for last two weeks..i have called 6 or 7 times to customercare but they will repeat the same but wont send it to me...i even spoke with the teamleder...she was also repeating the same but not even dispached the product yet...i was trusting these guys for past few years...but now i lost it...snapdeal is doing just horrific thing...plese stop fooling customers...please do send my earphone...take necessary actions...this may be my last shopping with snapdeal...i cant do anything than pleading because i have already payed for this...really really horrific...
