[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — My request for return n refund has closed... And i want to return n refund for my product

I have ordered an air pump on 7th September and received it on 9th September. I want to refund my order as it is incomplete product and improper specification .Product i order was air pump with punture kit but I didn't received the puncture kit...and air pump shown was 150psi and i received 100psi.

I have placed the replacement request but by mistake it was cancelled. ...now i m not able to place again replacement or refund requests. ...

Plz look into this matter because i trusted snapdeal alot...this is the first time i m fscing this problem. ...

Hope to have quick n favorable positive response from u...

One more thing...i didnt find any number where i can talk to ur customers executive. ...ur toll free number dont have executives...i tried msny times and other number [protected] is also not working...why so ? Ur so big firm if customer want to contact u where they call. ...no one is replying my email
