[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Nano Casserole | |||||
I had placed an order for casserole online, also made the payment but till date I have not received delivery of my goods. They had promised to give me delivery on or before 28 October. Now there is no proper response from them. Also now they message saying it will be delayed for more 8 days. The delivery person gives false report stating that they have returned whereas due to diwali we were always at home. Also they stated on their call centre number that the parcel is at Bhiwandi...but till today I have not received. they are just fooling around. Inspite of several complaints on their customer care emails and telcon no favourable response is there. Was this information helpful? | |||||
