I am a regular buyer at snapdeal. However, the recent purchase of the above product was very poor. I received the parcel on tbe 10th dec and i requested for a return pickup on the 11th dec. Yhe courier co. Has lied that they made attempts to pick the parcel but i refused. Next, i have spoken with mridula, sujeeth, ankit, suhail & komal and their supervisor deepak. Everyone of thr executives promised that it will be. Picked up within 24-48 hrs. But no. They have not picked up the parcel yet. I request them to look into this asap.
