Snapdeal.com — Negligence in delivery of goods booked | |||
As I had placed Order ID : [protected] Order Placed on:[protected]:12:20 & recived the same on[protected].As I had opted for COD so paid the amount & collected the parcel. But when opened the parcel found that the goods was in damaged condition, not at all working. Now whom should I blame either the snapdeal or the Courier Agency, who has taken responsiblity to deliver. I would like to raise a complaint & get a replacement for the order raised.
