[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — nike thong 5 black thong flip flop

I have ordered Nike flipflop on 4th october and i even cancelled it.
but it got deliverd on 7th october, my mom recieved a delivery by paying 1100. I immediatly returned the item and the snapdeal delivery boy took it and thats it . No more info regarding this, there is no correct customercare number to contact them .
All i have to do is contact by email . today [18th oct] they are called me and said that the recieved item is wrong .
Was it my mistake ??? and through email they saying that they are sending the product back
I dont know what is happening with snapdeal .
Please get my money back and i swear to God i'll never ever shop in Snapdeal

They are not even caring about customers.
I said to them that i have the pickup reciept and your delivery boy only verified and took the product.
but they are sending a mail that it failed in Quality test

i dont know what is happening here . Please do something and get my money back . you are the last hope for me.

please do something. How can they cheat customers like this

Snapdeal customer care contacted me yesterday...
After a while they attempted a delivery.
In the delivery there is a old vacuum cleaner.

What are they saying, I ordered Nike flip-flop and in return they are giving me a vacuum cleaner as it failed in QUALITY TEST.
Was it my problem??? They only verified and took it .
And they are saying you booked this only.
I slammed them and sent it back

I said, I just need money back

Hence I rejected a delivery and sent it back.

I donno when this gonna solve.
I'm loosing all hopes on snapdeal

I'll never buy a product on snapdeal again
