[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — no delivery of the article ordered and returned by the courier | |
I had ordered a bluetooth device on 25th september. It was to be delivered to me on 2nd oct. 2018 but it has not yet been delivered to me. Order tracking shows it has neen returned because of refusal of customer. But the truth is that no courier service agent made any contact with me or came to me to deliver the article in the given address. Snapdeal must penalise the courier service which was assigned this job or break its tie with the courier service. If not snapdeal is going to suffer a huge loss and lose the trust of the customers. However i would like to make it clear that i have never refused to accept the article i had ordered. Hence snapdeal may send the article ordered to me. Was this information helpful? | |
