[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — No exchange under warranty

I bought a pen drive. After one week that pen drive become non functional. When i contect with service center they deny to accept that pen drive saying we can not accept this product because the smaller of this product is not authorised with our company. After that when i send a mail to the snapdeal company they are not responding to me. Then what is the other ways to solve this problem?

I have ordered the amway nutrilite bone health with ipriflavone (60 capsules) in snapdeal but they have delivered a wrong product which is not at all ordered. Plz replace the product or refund my cash
