I ordered a philips pro skin advanced trimmer qt4005/15 on 30 jul, 2016,
I received the box on aug 6, 2016 by ecom express,
I also ordered a wallet,
The wallet is inside the box but the trimmer is missing, please help me, i tried to call your number +91 [protected] but only ivr speaks, i can't tell them that the trimmer is not inside the box.
Then i received a call from snapdeal asking if i have device has been delivered, i said the trimmer is missing, then they asked me to return the box alone,
I tried to file a return in their order tab and no one has come to pick up the box, i again got a call from snapdeal, i said shall i send the box alone or i need some of your reference number, they said just to call this number +91 [protected], i called this number again and i don't know what happened they closed by return request, i don't know what happened, is this a trick by snapdeal? I want my money back, i paid rs.1439.00, i want my money back. Or i am going to take this seriously and register a complaint with business bureau. Is this how snapdeal runs a business, i never expected this, if i had known this before i would have selected cash on delivery, i had soo much trust on your company so i paid and ordered, return my money back or i am not going to order anything and just going to inform my friends and family not to use snapdeal and going to complaint in business bureau,
