My order ID number is [protected].I ordered a 'Philips HP4940 Hair Dryer' from Snapdeal on 14 November 2015.The payment was made using VISA Debit card.Immediately after placing the order, I had to cancel it as I had chosen the wrong product, (on the same day i.e 14 November).The refund, as per the rules listed on snapdeal.com, had to happen anywhere between 7-15 days.
It has been 20 days since the cancellation but my account has not been credited with the money.It's really disappointing when such incidents occur, because I have ordered other products from Snapdeal before, I have never made any delay on payments; yet, they refuse to refund the money that belongs to the customer.Also there is no way whatsoever to contact them.The mail [protected]@snapdeal.com is not accepting any emails.I tried contacting their customer care, to be welcomed by automated messages and instructions.I was unable to speak with a customer care agent.
