[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — no refund and mental harrasment | |||
hey guys i already have complained one but dont know why not showing here any way i purchased a product from snapdeal order id is [protected], order date 7th, December 2014, these slow people deliverd it on 14th december and one product (Softwear Green Denim Slim Jeggings Combo Of 2) was defected any way i requested a return their person collected it on 16th december but still no sd cash or refund i have complained more than 7 times but everytime their answer is same that we are working on it from last 13-14 days in tracking i fouind the product has already been reached at their place long ago but still nothing happened ..please just tell me how to file a case against them, nothing more i want, money is not a big deal but their response has just triggerd me this time some of request numbers are 13597059 13702043. 13822708, 13532944. 13532944.
