[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — No refund and no revert on nails | |||||
The product I returned was picked up on 11th Nov 16, I mailed the receipt and refund details to snapdeal on the email ID ([protected]@ snapdeal.com) given by their customer care executive, still waiting for the revert on that mail. There is no response from the company and no reliable contact point for the customer. Even after the pick up(for which I hv an authentic receipt) the company was calling me to reschedule the pick up. On their portal its showing 18th Nov whereas I hv a receipt dated 11 Nov, unable to understand the issue, more on that unable to contact them through any number or mailer.
