Snapdeal.com — no refund issued even after repeated complaints

I bought two halogen ovens by Usha in the month of December.The product is faulty and is not able to heat up properly.The first complaint was lodged with two days of the delivery of the product.Till date, the amount is not refunded even though I was told that the product was covered under trustpay.It is highly disappointing as we purchased the product trusting Snapdeal. Please, resolve the matter as soon as possible to avoid further inconvinience.
