Snapdeal.com — No refund of amount

Hi, I'm Mayur Mardikar. I ordered 3 products from Snapdeal on June 5th.During the transaction order doesn't placed.but the amount is debited from my account. I immediately contacted snapdeal about this issue. The said me the amount will be automatically credited to your account. But still I don't got my amount back. I hope you will help me ASAP.
