My order got delivered on 31st May, it was defective. I filed complaint at [protected]@snapdeal.com. They asked for images of product so i sent. Still they kept on sending same e-mail for images. I received it for 5 time. On 4th June, I received a call from Snapdeal executive for IMAGES AGAIN, I explained the scenario to her and I was assured that I will not happen again and my complaint has been forwarded. Same evening i received mail for images again. On 7th June, I received e-mail that my order has been cancelled. Now I am getting no reply from Snapdeal. Was this information helpful? |
