It's really traumatizing when you get cheated by an online retailer! Some one in Snapdeal's Courier Service or Quality Check tampers with my product and then i have to bear the loss of not receiving a refund nor getting my product back! Why?! Because my complain is not Genuine?!!
Plus, there's no clarity about the safety of my product. And if snapdeal found my complain not Genuine then why am I not informed immediately. Why am I told that my case is closed and I won't be getting a return or refund after 2 months?
This is clearly a fraudulent practice by snapdeal. If you'll can't afford a refund then at least send my product back you cheats!
