[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — no refund yet and no replies for emails sent to [protected]@snapdeal.com | |||
I had purchased a Borse WC007 Brown Watch Case order number [protected] on 19th Oct 2014 ...When i received this product it had a crack and hence after A LOT OF FOLLOW UP finally snapdeal arranged to pick it up but till date I haven't received a refund ... I've been writing mails after mails to snapdeal customer support email id [protected]@snapdeal.com but out of ten mails, they reply to may be just one I have paid 799Rs. for the watch case and there is no sign of refund and now even have the product back with snapdeal Was this information helpful? | |||
