I HAVE PURCHASED Surya Queen 3 Burner Gas Stove Automatic(ORDER ID [protected]) IN NOVEMBER.THEY HAVE TOLD IT IS UNDER WARRANTY OF ONE YEAR.AFTER A MONTH I HAVE LEAKAGE PROBLEM WITH GAS STOVE.SO I CALLED SNAPDEAL FOR SERVICE STATION PHONE NUMBER OR ADDRESS.THEY PROVIDED ME THREE TIME WRONG PHONE NUMBERS AND ADDRESSES NOW THEY DON'T HAVE ANY INFORMATION ABOUT SERVICE CENTRE.WHEN I EMAIL THEM FOR NUMBER THEY REPLY YOU CANNOT RETURN THE PRODUCT AFTER SEVEN DAYS.I DON'T WANT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT I WANT SERVICE REPAIR.I HAVE CALLED THEIR CALL CENTRE SO MANY TIMES BUT NOT RESOLUTION PROVIDED.AS THE PRODUCT IS FAKE AND OF LOWER QUALITY A AND THERE MAY BE NO SUCH WARRANTY OF THE SAME Was this information helpful? | |||
