[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — no response for refund

Hi,
We ordered "brother black hl-2321d laser" printer on mar 2nd 2018. Order id is [protected]. We cancelled the order on mar 4th before the item is shipped. But snapdeal made shipment without any consideration of email and informed us on mar 5th that the cancellation request is accepted and the refund will be initiated within 6 business days.

Till now, there is no sign about the initiation of refund. We have sent 3 reminders. But there has been no response from [protected]@snapdeal.com after sending lot of emails for refund.

Can someone help me on this. I need to take it to consumer court as there is no response from them.

I haven't received the credit for the refund till now for the order on ""brother black hl-2321d laser"" with respect to my previous complaint "Snapdeal.com — no response for refund".

Please share me the cut-off date as I realized the meaningless response from SNAPDEAL.

No cut-off date for the refund.
There is no meaning of giving an reply that "Our team is working on your concern and we will connect with you regarding the same"
Please credit the amount immediately.
I don't think if anyone in SNAPDEAL fulfil the words they say. Customers are suffering because of e-commerce sites like this.

Hi,
I cannot accept your apology. Apology should be asked only one time for the mistake happened once. Not sure how "APOLOGY" can be used number of times to make the delay in your response or responding for the refund.
I know that your team has been working from the time I cancelled order and I also understood that you are making very serious effort to credit the refund.
If the above statement are really true, You should have done that earlier instead of giving some meaningless reply here.
Let me know the cut-off date and don't simply give your common reply.

I have purchased a new nike chroma thong 5 and i return it back to snap deal because of poor quality...and i five it to recund ...it take so many days...my money is not refunded to me
