[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — No revert back on replacement request since 16 dec 2016 | |||||
Hi, I placed an order on queen size bed on 9 Nov. The product was delivered late. And it was defective. Due to customer care misinstruction, the product got installed. After speaking with senior executives, i was given a solution o[censored]ninstallation of the defective one and replacement/ reinstallation of the new one to be done by snapdeal team only. Solution was provided verbally on 16 Dec. None reverted back since then. Complaint number is 37905651. Was this information helpful? | |||||
