[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — no solution provided hado to settle with replica | |||||
I had ordered a bag of mark &keith blue faux leather handheld. I got a replica. Despitel contacting customer care and sending pictures of the bag, they did nothing. I got a call alost everyday that my complain will be resolved. But after following up for 10 days nothing really happened. They said someone will come and pickup the bag. But no one turned up every time. Snapdeal doesn't value it's customers and they believe in one time business. Worst experience ever. Was this information helpful? | |||||
