Snapdeal.com — No status of product ordered for many days

Address:Bangalore, Karnataka, 560032

My order id is [protected] (Pigeon induction stove). I had ordered this couple of days back. I even received SMS saying it will be delivered on 3rd march itself as it reached bangalore on 2nd march. Waited till Tuesday but no status. It is in the status "Transit" from many days.
Can you look into this and solve this problem as soon as possible? Can you update where exactly this product is now?
