[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — non delivery | |||
I placed an order for a gas stove in nov. 2019 with order no. [protected] in sanpdeal from hyderabad. As per the transit docket no. The item never crossed mumbai, but snapdeal is claiming that the item has been delivered to me in hyderabad. Multiple mails have been sent to them, but the analysts are so dumb that they reply back stating that the item has been delivered, without even bothering to check where the item has been delivered. Snapdeal has been one of the worst company that i have dealt with. A previous complaint raised on this platform with id 2533426 has been closed without a resolution.
