[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Non delivery of order

I ordered htc desire 830 32gb on 4th may 2017 which is yet to be delivered & still it's not on dispatch & i have raised the issue with the company but they are offering no assistance. They are telling me either to cancel my order or wait for more week with no definite date of delivery.

Its more than 2 weeks still i haven't received my order nor any dispatch details regarding the same

Dear Preity Iiyerr,

Now a days the online shipping websites are made a agreement between Logistics people those who provide the service at lower cost and despatch through them. But they didnt worry about time frame of depatch of goods. Sometimes without physical stock of particular product and selling through online as the stock as available. Thats y they asked you to wait for another one week.
