[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Non delivery of product after taking payment | |||||
I have placed an order with snapdeal.com on 7th nov'16 by debit card payment mode. The estimated delivery was scheduled for 14th nov'16. They displayed that the item was delivered to me without actually delivering. The company does not have any proper complaint redressal mechanism on place. Also they have not responded to my complaint registered on their website on 15th nov'16. They are showing absolute apathy after taking payment for the product. Was this information helpful? | |||||
