CUSTOMER CARE - SNAP DEAL
Dear Madam / Sir
Regretfully, I wish to inform you that product against my above order has yet not been delivered to my Grand Daughter ( MS. SAUMYAA SINHA) at BKC, MUMBAi.
In the meantime I received one SMS on[protected], which reads as under :
DELIVERING TODAY:
Saumyaa sinha, your prepaid order for the MILLION CLUB AND 1 ITEM WILL BE DELIVERED TODAY BY yogesh -( [protected], 1835. )
it will be delivered by 9.00 PM. track at snapdeal.in kze6upjf6 - SNAPDEAL"
AFTER WAITING UP TO 10.00 PM YESTERDAY, MY GRAND DAUGHTER INFORMED THAT DELIVERY HAS NOT BEEN MADE TO HER GIVEN ADDRESS AT BKC, MUMBAI.
This morning[protected] to be precise at 11.01AM), I contacted Mr. Yogesh, your delivery Agent and enquired about the delivery of above order
He first advised me " YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELLED" after further query, he advised it is a case of delayed delivery because I (YOGESH) met with an accident. On further query, as to when it will be delivered, he advised he does not know may be some other person may deliver, you (I) may contact the company"
THIS IS HOW YOUR DELIVERY AGENT /PARTNER BEHAVES WITH YOUR VALUED CUSTOMERS, which is not expected from a company of repute - 'SNAPDEAL" ??
I do not know the fate of the above order?? It has become an embrassing situation for me - because I gifted the dress to my grand daughter as a surprise, which has failed because of most irresponsible way of handling things by your delivery agent - YOGESH and failure on the part of your concerned logistic and order execution dept., which ultimately reflects - DEFFICIENCY IN SERVICE BY BSNAP DEAL.
you may like to look into it and advise - when delivery is expected to be made of above order ??
