[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Non delivery of product later canceling order | |||||
Booked running shoes on 19th First got message that same will be delivered by 22nd August. Later shifted to 02nd September then to 5th September. From 5th every day I'm getting message that same will be delivered today After sending message for four days. After100 follow up calls from my side, yesterday some senior called and informed that product is delivered at house, but fact is courier persons without trying to deliver, returned product. Instead of sorting issue, now snapdeal canceled my order as per their wish. Very high handedness in handling issue. Firstly they failed in deliver services and now as a company to sort issue.
