[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Non marking li ning badminton shoe | |||||
I purchased the shoe (Order no.[protected]) on 20th may 2017 and it was delivered on 26th may. The product was used only once and the sole of the shoe came off completely in the first use itself. It appeared flawless when delivered and i began using the shoe only on june 5th thus it fell beyond the 7 day return/replace policy followed the company. The shoe cost me rupees 3, 700 and i want a refund from the company for returning the damaged product. Was this information helpful? | |||||
