I purchased 10 no. unstitched clothes and made full payment through my yesbank virtual credit card on 30.10.16 when 20% cashback offer existed. it may be checked that these items were not barred from this offer on the day of purchase. the 20% cashback amount has not yet been credited to me.
I would request snapdeal to act on their itemwise commitment as per their offer on website on 30.10.16.

My complaint is still unresolved. Snapdeal has expressed difficulties to rectify the system deficiencies. The cashback must be automatic when Debit/Credit card of a particular bank is used for payment as per offer.
