The delivery boy came to pick up the item but refused to take as the cause
Of return given to him is damaged item. While returning the item i clearly
Pointed out the cause as different item received so i want to return it and
Would like to receive the original item in place of this current.
I am really annoyed by the way problems are created. Please respond soon to
Pick the item and replace it by my originally ordered item.

In response to my complain through this forum (Complaint no. 1326870) i got several call from[protected] where i got assurance that my product (Order i'd of the product is [protected]) will be picked up and after verification of this product my ordered item will be dispatched. After this phone call i received a message box where instruction given as :

We attempted the pickup of your ekta young magician activit... But were unsuccessful
We had to pick up your ekta young magician activit... To initiate refund/replacement. We understand that you now want to retain the item and have cancelled the pickup.In case you still want to return your ekta young magician activit..., please follow these simple steps to reschedule the pickup:
Step 1: go to help center and select your order
Step 2: select the issue 'i have a query on returns/refunds/cashback' and click on 'my item hasn't been picked up yet'. Here submit your preferred pickup date/timing"
Following these i couldn't manage to get step 2 as these steps were not there. I am getting only the issue return/replacement... And cannot proceed further. I responded by views over mail. But as the time limit was framed 48 hrs, i cannot proceed further — the message showing i have cancelled my request. I addressed this problem through email. Then one again i got a call from[protected], and i briefed the matter to the personnel. He assured about the pick up but till date i found no initiatives. Please help me to find a way out.
