I had placed order for curtains during last diwali sale vide order id [protected] for 10 curtains. However, the item supplied was different and i returned them for replacement. My problem is
(A) i have till now received only 7 replacement sets against 10 ordered.
(B) my courier charges have also not been credited to my account. The scanned copies of coutier recipts were sent to sanapdeal.
I had called up snapdeal customer care and registered complaints many times. The last reference number given to me was case id 34202427 dated 21 jan 17.
Today, quoting this number when i tried to contact snap deal,
I was told that unable to accept the item. It is very clear that my email has not even been read clearly by the customer care.
Kindly do the following:-
(A) issue me refund for the balance 3 curtains
(B) credit the courier charges incurred by me in returning the curtains to snapdeal in full. As of now, only a portion of the amount has been credited. Was this information helpful? |
