[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — non reception of a prepaid product. | |
I have received the product ordered from snapdeal.. It is a prepaid order the courier agent has kept this product for himself as the payment is already done... The order status on snapdeal website shows product delivered. E com express is i think a fraud company. The courier boy contacted me about the delivery but didn't deliver the product. When i contacted him again he didn't attend the call despite frequent calls. Was this information helpful? | |
