We have purchased a Philips food processor from snapdeal.com some 6 months back and it was returned due to non satisfaction (bad quality) of product. We were promised to get our refund amount in 15 days.
This 15 days has never come and we are just following up with snapdeal customer care with no result and just assurance that refund will be processed. I would have easily spend some 1500 rs on just following for refund.
I want you to take an action on snapdeal.com and ask them to process the refund amount of Rs. 3870 along with compensation of minimum Rs. 1500 spent on following up with them. And yes not in the form of snapdeal credit, but actual cash, its our hard earned money which i dont want to waste on snapdeal anymore.
