[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — non refund of my money | |||
Beware while placing an order with snapdeal. They are the crook of highest order. I had by mistake placed an order for urhalt phyto-oil. The two bottles were shipped to me in a single pack. I placed an order for the return. The product was lifted by vulcan express on 22nd May 2017 after proper verification. However snapdeal refunded my only for one bottle stating that they have received back only one bottle. Case was registered by snapdeal (case ID[protected]. After so much of persuasion on their stupid helpline for 2 months they finally told me that they are not going to refund by money. Planing to approach consumer protection court.
