Hi myself Ashish Sharma i ordered Red ME 2 Prime worth 7000 on 31 st Dec 2015 and Headset was having some problem in sim card. i raise the issue to snapdeal and ask them to replace it on 3 rd January 2016, from last one week there costumer care executive are saying engineer will visit in 6 working hours and no has come to check the handset yet.
