[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Non return for unreliable products once sold | |||||
I bought 2 geysers and 1 chimney from snapdeal with a hope that my money is safe. But after buying those products i came to know that those products are failure and many accidents occured due to those products in my locality. So i tried to return those products. But the snapdeal customer care failed to keep their promise. Their return/replacement policy is only for name sake. They don;t return any product once sold. I have lot of proofs that those products are not reliable. Even then the customer care is asking me to use that. I want all consumers to be aware that they are fraud and cheaters and don't get trapped in their traps. They will just misguide you with false policiies and eat your money.
