I had booked a washing machine (order No. [protected]) on 7th October 2014 and paid 100% payment. But till today 17th October the product is not shipped. While booking the snapdeal page showed that the product will be shipped in two business days (indeed its still showing the same - "http://www.snapdeal.com/product/haier-58-kg-hwm-58020/[protected]"). I am continuously calling to your customer care number. But they also failed to explain the same. I have requested for cancellation of this order and the customer care team denied that too. I have been given a reference number too re the same[protected] but no progress is seen on that too.
Every time i called the customer care support, i wanted to speak to someone senior and i was always told that he/she is busy now and will call you back in next 2 hrs for sure. Those two hours didn't come in two days yet.
I will raise this at all forums and make sure that correct measure are taken so that snapdeal stops fooling people and stop playing with their money. Even if i cancel the product now i might not get the same product at then price but still i just want my money back and want myself compensated for the harassment. Was this information helpful? |
