I had ordered a Smiledrive 3 in 1 selfie stick. But I received a complete different product which is not as shown in the picture while ordering it.
I received the product on 28Th October, 2016. As soon as I received the product and came to know that it is different than what I ordered, I submitted a return/refund request to snapdeal. After this date every day they send a response stating that address for refund is incorrect, until today's date.
If they are able to deliver the product to address, then how can they say incorrect address while picking up?
This is harassment of customer and they are forcing customer to accept the WRONG product. Was this information helpful? |
