[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — not accepting my return request | |||
Order no : [protected] Date ordered : 3rd august Cancelled ordered : 7th august Order delivered: 8 august I flew out of country on 7th august night. I created a cancellation request as i would not be there to collect the order in a hurry. The delivery guy, delivered it to my neighbour with any consent from me. Also the neighbour accepted the delivery by paying rs.3000. As i was out of country i was not able to create a return request within the specified time. Also the shoes does not fit me, the fitting is not proper, whats the point of giving money and not getting to wear it if the fit is not proper. Please accept the return request. I made several calls to the customer care, but there was no help from the snapdeal persons. I asked to escalate the call to the team manager so i can share my concern. It was not done. Even they dont have a toll free number, they kept me hold for a long time. As nobody was ready to listen to my issue, i am raising my complain here. Please look into it and accept the return request. I purchased mobile cover of redmii phone two in number 1139 and 400 but the products were not what I had ordered then pickup was done but money was not refund till now
