[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Not accepting refund of any of my product.. giving lame excuses.. | |||||
Order ID: [protected] This is the second time my return request has been rejected.These people keep on giving me lame excuses that you couldnt clear the quality check and when I asked them the reason they told that they have no reason and they will be sending my product back.. They are the biggest liars.. My previous case with Order ID: [protected] ... They kept that case pending for over a month and neither they initiated the refund nor I have recieved the products back.. I have spent around 400rs balance in calling the company executive and get updated but at the end they refused to initiate the refund.. I gave up on that case but I wont give up on this one.. I want my refund in my bank account.. Your company's trust policy itself says that if you dont like the product you can return it within 7 days.. Thats what I did.. I put a return request on the same day of its delivery as the router was not supported on my device.. I want my router returned. I agreed to take the sarees back send them to me.. I won't agree the replacement of the router I only want refund.. Was this information helpful? | |||||
