[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Not accepting return | |
I ordered Three Books from Snapdeal on 8 June 2020. On the website it said easy return and no where it mentioned about no return only replacement but when I received the Books they all were Pirated/cheap quality and One of the book was even secondhand(someone used it) and I urged for Return but it said now only replacement can be initiated, Return in invalid. I asked for the customer care about the issue they too said that Product is only applicable for replacement only and it was mentioned on the website product description. When I asked they to show me where it is mentioned they refused to show me. Three Books: The Palace of Illusions. order Id : [protected] Mastery. Order Id : [protected] Alchemist. Order Id : [protected] All Books are Pirated, Cheap and bad quality. I intend to return the books and wish to get full refund. Was this information helpful? | |
