I have ordered a wrist watch from Snapdeal.

I recevied the product on 22 September but found a short & broken watch. Then I complained properly email and request refund on 22 September but Snapdeal is not responding properly and rejecting my order pickup..
Everyday I am getting text messege including pick up boy mobile number which is [protected] that the product would be picked up and I will get my money back but it is not happening.
I am continuously calling the pick up boy but he is not answering to my call.
Snapdeal is also not responding.
Please help me.
Please help me to get my money back.
