[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — not delivered my item and not giving any reply

I booked and made payment for longway lw 80cm tv on 6th feb.. Given delivery date on 17th feb. But till today i didnt receive my item. The delievery company (Gati transport) also not delivered my item and no one is (Both gati and snapdeal) giving any reply to my query.. I become fool and shameless in my family. Please help to kill this issue. I didnt get proper sleep also... My order and sub order numbers are [protected] and [protected]. And docket no is[protected]
