[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — not delivered my order by dealer

but local suppliar is not giving to me i phone daily. i received delvery sms on 03oct 2017 that it will be to me today by aashish kumar but he is refusing daily
today (08/10/2017) he is saying that ita was returned ...amazing
why should i not file a case against him in consumer forum his mobile number is [protected]
