Snapdeal.com — Not doing refund of picked product

Sir one product "" SRT Full Housing Body Panel for Nokia X2-01 Mobile - White"" wa purchased on aug 2015 by paying 405 rupees. the product received was not the one whicvh was order and the same product was picked within 4 days of delivery. on sept 5, 2015 it was confirmed that in 4 business days the amount will be refunded afther that more than 20 mails and 20 calls had been done but till date refund has not been processed.my request 06575757 against Order number [protected]. SRT Full Housing Body Panel for Nokia X2-01 Mobile - White almost 54 days passed and still i didnt receive the refund. kindly take due action for the harassment and delay along with the compensation of late refund. thx ashish saboo
