[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Not get delivery after estimated time

I have book mobile " G-Five Multimedia Mobile W1 Four Sim" on 15th Oct 2014 then estimated time given was 21st oct 2014 at max but after estimated time also i did not get delivery.

I observe about snapdeal,

No response from call center
Poor customer care service
Poor delivery service
Poor information service
