I have Purchased a Meizu MX5 on order no.[protected] two days back, but it has a Camera lens Problem, where it giving Blurry images and bad images, i spoke to Snapdeal person he suggested to talk Meizu Service Center, when i contacted to Service center they ask me to talk to Customer care when i sent a mail to meizu Customer Care, they are again asking us to talk with Snapdeal, they Continuously showing Finger on other, though it is covered under 7 days replacement guarantee, they are not providing replacement.
My replacement request no.# 15981572 dtd 21/12/2015.
